With an insane line up from the likes of Pretty Lights, to Borgore, Excision, Rusko, Datsik, and older electronic giants like AK1200, Starscape was THE dubstep showcase for the United States this year. From the clips and commentary I’ve seen about it, it seems like Borgore threw down some hard tracks, but his mixing was lackluster. While Datsik threw down insanely hard while also showing that he can mix with the best of them. The above video is nuts, and his combination of several Swagga remixes at the end is bangin’. Firepower was supposedly the most played song throughout Starscape, which slightly surprises me considering how hard of a song it is. Whatever though, just proves that dubstep is steadily on the rise.
Hopefully Borgore will drop his whole EP soon, but heres a leak of Money, and the downlink remix of Swagga, one of which Datsik dropped in the video above.
